We are committed to increase your production on site such as special packaging and tagging all referring to the details of your projects drawings and color coded both in bar end markings and detailed production tags capable of bar code inclusion.
What do you mean by Seismic Steel?
Earthquake steel, the correct mechanical and chemical properties for strength and yet compliant in the event of seismic activity. Usually realized only in specific higher standards of Rebar but common across our entire range of products.

Do you also offer Cut & Bend material into shapes and structures?
We can offer entire large scale projects to small applications Cut & Bend including further assembled into Piles and Structures such as Columns, Beams, Matts and Pile Caps etc. Anything that can be transported on delivery truck, trailer, flat racks, containers and break bulk can be processed and delivered.

Is the Cut & Bend with possibility to further assemble into structures ,also conforming to International Standards?
All our Cut & Bend follows the International standard as set out within the Rebar and Rods standards followed by the specific project.
Will I be responsible or charged for the Off Cuts and Scrap generated while producing my order?
Based on your requirements and drawings we charge only for material included in your call off and delivered to site, the scrap and wastage is not your liability.
Do you have a preferred method to receive my drawings?
We work best when we receive the Bar Bending schedule, especially in Microsoft Excel and CAD format. Simple columns and assembled structures can simply submit a drawing detailing the dimensions required.
Why should I consider purchasing all my rebar and rods requirements pre fabricated and assembled?
Because the quality assurance is world class, the scrap liability and subsequent cost overrun is zero, and your site receives only what is required as required with less liability.
Can you offer assembled structures in both tied and welded assembly?
We offer both tied and welded assembly, including automatic production of piles and columns fully welded.
What’s the difference between tied and welded assembly?
Basically welded assembly is stronger and more precise, tied assembly gives more flexibility for damages and corrections including issues resulting from transport and site lifting.
Are your Rebar weldable?
All of our rebar are weldable for tack welding (MIG) as commonly used in the construction industry, we offer additional specifications if structural welding as required.

Most certainly, typically we offer high to highest standard Galvanized including Bezinal coated including Epoxy and Powder Coating and PVC Fusion Bonded in the case of Chain Link Fabric. Materials to be used in close proximity to the ocean are identified as ‘Coastline’ and specific to the needs of the Caribbean region.
Can you do a complete RFQ and quote if I submit a perimeter drawing and include optional Door and Gate requirements?

Any welding and fabrication required in the installation of your fence Systems?
We recommend no, it’s absolutely unnecessary and not advised. When subject to welding zinc becomes another substance and thus a weak point as the coating is removed. All fabrication is done prior to hot dipped galvanizing and powder coating in our facilities, their should be no need for further fabrication on site.

Do you manufacture both Galvanized and PVC Coated fence fabric?
We manufacturer in different levels of corrosion resistance in both Galvanized and PVC Fusion Bonded Chain Link Fabric.
What is Fusion Bonded PVC Coating?
It is our manufacturing process whereby we use an Adhesive and high quality PVC Resin to bond the coating to the Galvanized inner wire, to seal and drastically extend the life span and also avoid slippage of the inner wire and coating. It is also cleaner and softer to the touch especially for playparks, sporting facilities and human interaction with the fence. The most common failure of PVC Coated fence fabric is water penetrating the outer PVC coating to the inner Galvanized wire.
Are different colors available in the PVC Fusion Bonded wire?
All our fences are available in a range of colors and able to matched to post and fittings.
What is Fence Fittings?
Fence fittings are basic components and accessories that greatly enhance the performance of your fence, we cannot stress enough the importance of basic fittings for any installation! They are low cost and ensure your fence is upright and durable. Post caps or barb arms, tension bars and tension bands are a must have to protect the post from filling with water and ensuring the fabric is tensioned to specification and does not sag, bulge or become undone. The majority of failures associated with Chain Link fence usage are due to the lack of basic fittings.
Are the Fittings Galvanized or Coated?
The fittings like the post and rails are all hot dipped galvanized after manufacturing process and further allowed to be Epoxy and Powder Coated in our range of colors.
Is the post embedded or above ground post with plate?
Chain Link fence systems can be supplied with an above ground malleable floor flange for best installation practices. The Floor Flanges are fabricated prior to hot dipped galvanizing and powder coating for unsurpassed durability.
Why should I consider Powder Coated as opposed to Galvanized?
Epoxy and Powder Coating takes the protective coating to the next level and ensure minimal maintenance. Unlike all paints which are also porous in nature, Epoxy Powder Coating is much more resilient to fading due the UV and corrosion for extended number of years and sealed thus virtually self cleaning in the rain. It is also cleaner and softer to the touch especially for playparks, sporting facilities and human interaction with the fence.
